Ben is the Director of Program Delivery for New Jersey at CMC Energy Services. A dedicated leader with 15 years of progressive experience at CMC, Ben has held key positions in field operations, quality assurance, and program management. He was instrumental in the design and implementation of the company’s first comprehensive in-house weatherization department and C&I Direct Install program. Most recently, as Senior Program Manager, he oversaw a $30 million annual operation supporting low- to moderate-income residential energy-efficiency programs on behalf of multiple utility clients.
Ben is recognized for his expertise in program design, P&L management, budget development, and cross-functional collaboration. He is skilled at analyzing complex operational challenges and implementing process improvements that enhance program performance, quality, and client outcomes. His ability to translate data and operational insights into practical solutions has helped drive improvements across multiple energy efficiency initiatives.
Prior to joining CMC, Ben served as an assistant trainer and BPI proctor at a nonprofit green jobs training center in Trenton, New Jersey and as a resource development associate, where he developed proposals for foundations and government agencies.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts from Moravian University and a Master of Social Work focused on International Community Development from Monmouth University. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and holds Building Performance Institute (BPI) certifications as a Building Analyst and Heating Professional.
Outside of work, Ben is an avid baseball fan who enjoys traveling, fishing, and spending quality time with his wife and two children.
