CMC Energy Names Jill Mastandrea Chief Financial Officer

FORT WASHINGTON, PA (September 15, 2026) — CMC Energy has named Jill Mastandrea as Chief Financial Officer, the company’s second addition to its Senior Leadership Team this year. Jill brings more than 20 years of progressive financial leadership across finance, accounting, treasury, and operations in complex, multi-entity organizations.

“I’ve overseen CMC’s finances myself, so I know exactly what this role demands — and Jill has experience in every dimension,” said Stotts. “She has built and scaled finance organizations across dozens of locations, modernized systems, strengthened controls, and served as a trusted partner to teams and ownership. Bringing Jill aboard rounds out a senior leadership team built for CMC’s next chapter.

“Great organizations run on both mission and financial strength,” said Mastandrea. “CMC has the mission. My job is to make sure the financial foundation keeps pace — so we can keep delivering for our partners and keep investing in our people.”

Most recently, Jill served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Flatiron Crane Operating Company, a multi-site industrial services platform operating across the U.S. and Canada, where she served as principal financial executive during a period when revenue more than doubled, and the organization grew by nearly 350 employees. She built and led a 35-person, multi-location finance organization, directed financial reporting, managed all banking and lender relationships, and led the financial integration of ten acquired companies.

Previously, she spent 14 years as Secretary, Treasurer, and CFO of Pollock Research & Design, Inc. and Reading Crane & Engineering Co. in Reading, Pennsylvania, overseeing consolidated reporting across five operating companies with $110 million in combined annual revenue and leading a company-wide ERP modernization.
