Jill joined CMC Energy in September 2026 as Chief Financial Officer. She brings more than 20 years of progressive financial leadership across finance, accounting, treasury, and operations in complex, multi-entity organizations, with a track record of building scalable finance functions that support growth.

As a member of CMC’s Senior Leadership Team, Jill oversees ensuring the financial strength, discipline, and transparency that CMC’s utility partners, employees, and communities depend on.

Before joining CMC, Jill served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Flatiron Crane Operating Company, a multi-site industrial services organization operating across the U.S. and Canada, where she was principal financial executive during a period in which revenue more than doubled, and headcount grew by nearly 350. She built and led a 35-person, multi-location finance organization, directed Board-level financial reporting, managed all banking and lender relationships, and led the financial integration of ten acquired companies. Earlier, she spent 14 years as Secretary, Treasurer, and CFO of Pollock Research & Design, Inc. and Reading Crane & Engineering Co., overseeing consolidated financial reporting across five operating companies with $110 million in combined annual revenue, leading a company-wide ERP conversion, and designing the organization’s self-funded health insurance program.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Joseph’s University and completed graduate-level accounting coursework.

Jill lives in the Greater Philadelphia area. Outside the office, Jill enjoys reading and spending quality time with her adult children. A lifelong Philadelphia sports fan, she rarely misses a game — whether she’s watching from home or in the stands — and she and her family have proudly held Phillies season tickets for more than 50 years.
