As Vice President of Program Delivery, Leila is responsible for developing, implementing and administering business strategies and operations to ensure successful achievement of program goals and objectives. She leads all operational functions across seven states and more than 35 utility and government contracts. As a member of CMC’s senior leadership team, she also is intimately engaged in the growth of the company through management and expansion of the company’s existing and new contracts, as well as the integration of acquisitions. One of her greatest strengths is developing new projects, including personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, and facility and equipment needs.
Before joining CMC, Leila was the Operations Manager at Legacy Converting, where she was responsible for oversight of material purchasing, logistics, warehousing, inventory, outside sales, and internal business functions. She also held significant operations roles at PSE&G as a Supply Chain Analyst, at Foxtons North America as Director of Operations, and at Tyco International Company, A&E Products as Global Sourcing Manager, Indirect Commodities.
A Six Sigma Green Belt and a certified Microsoft Office expert, Leila holds a bachelor’s degree from Thomas Edison State University and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business Executive Development Program. She received her Executive MBA from Temple University. In her spare time, Leila enjoys rebuilding cars, home renovations and spending time with her family.
